Choose the recipes you want to make from within the app or scan them via the QR scanner directly off the book to populate consolidated, dynamic shopping list!
Remember, for the full recipe (directions + nutrition facts), snag a copy of the ‘Fed & Fit’ book anywhere books are sold (Barnes & Noble, Amazon, etc.).

About Fed & Fit

- After Fed & Fit is downloaded, you'll see an INSTALL button to the right. Tap on it to start the actual installation of the iOS app.
- Once installation is finished you can tap on the OPEN button to start it. Its icon will also be added to your device home screen.
